Joe Pugliese Jr.

Joe has decades of experience in building high-value relationships, executive search, and business development across a wide variety of industries with especially deep experience in technology, software, fintech, financial services, cloud, cybersecurity, and healthcare. Before joining Quaestor Consulting Group, Joe was Managing Director for Executive Search of both BlackPoint Partners and Nex Cubed, where he led executive talent and business development with a focus on retained C-level and board searches in venture and PE-backed companies.

Earlier, Joe had a successful sales career with Veritas Technologies and Sun Microsystems, where he focused on enterprise solutions for early-stage, venture-backed companies in Silicon Valley. Joe began his career with Logic Network Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in placing top engineering talent on technical projects.

Joe holds a BA in business communications from California State University, Long Beach.
