Larry leads real estate initiatives for QCG with deep experience in the acquisition, design/development, value enhancement and value recognition of complex real estate investments. His expertise includes master planning, entitlements, and development for commercial office, residential, retail, hospitality, and other properties and value retention and repositioning of distressed debt and REO properties.

Before joining QCG, Larry was CEO of TCFC Finance Co. LLC., a major property owner/developer in the western US, and was the Senior Real Estate Asset Manager for Värde Partners, where he managed the $2 billion real estate portfolio that included hotel and resort holdings, office, retail, and land holdings. He led the lease negotiation, design and construction for that firm’s new headquarters in Minneapolis.

Previously, as COO for Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Larry led that company’s urban transformation initiatives with major projects in Boston, Providence, Baltimore, Washington, DC, Yonkers, NY, and Winston-Salem, NC. He was also Executive Vice President of the Hadid Investment & Development Companies that generated a billion-dollar portfolio of office projects and Ritz Carlton Hotels in Washington, DC, Dallas, New York, and Aspen, CO.

Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in community development from the University of Maryland.
