Ron is a visionary operational finance executive with extensive international and industry experience. He has more than 40 years of experience with a foundation in technical accounting (KPMG, US and Singapore) and a proven ability to drive operational efficiencies, winning business strategies, and superior financial results. Ron has served in a variety of roles ranging from CFO to Controller, Director of Audit, and Vice President of Finance, and he has experience across strategic planning, asset management, financial planning, operations, and analysis.

Ron has extensive M&A experience having completed more than 20 acquisitions and several strategic divestitures. He has effectively executed restructurings and reinvented finance and accounting organizations. Ron’s experience spans public companies, start-ups, and PE investment companies in a wide range of industries including aerospace engine and part production and repair, paper and packaging distribution, government contracting, engineering and construction, international produce production and distribution, and fuel distribution. Ron has extensive international experience in South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia, including expatriate assignments in Singapore and Wales. He served on the Controllership Council and European Finance Council while at GE.

Ron is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of Financial Executives International. In addition to extensive interactions with company boards, he has served as a board member and as Audit Committee Chair.
