Deider has more than two decades’ experience curating top-tier talent for startup ventures and established enterprises in technology, software, fintech, manufacturing, cloud services, cybersecurity, healthcare, and other industries. As Managing Partner at Parkland Consulting Group, he led human resources and talent acquisition, and he has established high-performing teams and refined recruitment processes for such companies as Cox Enterprises, Comcast, WestRock, WellStar Health Systems, Abbott, Cogniac, and numerous others.

Deider holds a BS in psychology from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
