Dino has more than 20 years of experience as CEO, COO, and partner with strategy consulting and M&A advisory firms serving Fortune 500 and private equity clients, delivering significant growth for KPMG, L.E.K. and Schaffer Consulting. He recently served as CEO of Ducker Carlisle, a PE-backed B2B consulting roll-up, and COO of Brock Capital, a prominent family-office and independent fiduciary with $40B AUM.

Dino has significant experience advising PE-backed companies to accelerate growth and EBITDA by scaling operations and driving digital transformation, operational value creation, integrations, and restructuring. As financial services industry Lead for KPMG Strategy, for example, he advised dozens of banking, asset management, payments, gaming, and FinTech clients. He led business development for GE and has additional M&A experience with Goldman Sachs and Berkshire Group Private Equity. He has deep financial and operations restructuring experience serving as CRO and/or restructuring lead for clients including Caesars, Freddie Mac, Precision Valve, and LDH Energy. He advised on complex bankruptcy emergence, restructuring, and turnarounds at Getzler Henrich.

Dino holds a BA in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
