Rick has nearly a decade of experience in recruiting across a wide variety of industries including finance and accounting, IT, hospitals and healthcare, consulting, life sciences, and others. At EY, for example, he placed manager-level audit, IT transformation, and cybersecurity consultants nationwide. Immediately before joining Quaestor, he worked with IQ Talent Partners in placement of consultants. Rick is an outdoors enthusiast who resides in Bozeman, Montana.

Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech.
