Scott is a human capital strategist with 30 years of experience creating value through talent and human capital leadership for Fortune 50 companies, private equity businesses, hedge funds and other businesses. His expertise includes C-suite and board talent attraction, performance assessment, and development of high-performance portfolio-company leaders. Scott’s ability to improve leadership regardless of industry provides a clear advantage to create value in the marketplace.
Scott was the Senior Operating Executive for Human Capital at the PE firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, where he led human capital initiatives across a portfolio of 30 companies with revenue of $24 billion and 100,000 employees. Prior to WCAS, Scott’s roles included Lead Human Resources Executive at Cerberus/COAC, Chief Human Resources Officer at Dex Media, and Vice President for Human Resources at Frito-Lay/PepsiCo, where he led U.S. operations.
Scott is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and serves as the lead advisor or board member to multiple healthcare, veterinary and HR technology-focused businesses.
Scott received a BS in business administration from Ashland University and an MS in management and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
