Adam is a longtime senior leader in recognizing and solving complex financial and accounting issues across a variety of business types, with particular experience in the investment management, technology, and software industries. A former partner of Deloitte, he served for 28 years in that firm’s audit practice and 12 years in its forensic services practice. He was a senior practitioner in Deloitte’s investment management industry group and was lead client service partner for the largest hedge fund client.

Adam had been designated an Investment Management Industry “Sector Luminary” in Deloitte’s Industry Proficiency Program. Sector Luminary is the highest of four industry proficiency designations and is achieved by only 1% to 2% of Deloitte’s client service professionals. Sector Luminary status is reserved for professionals who have worked extensively in an industry sector, developed deep sector knowledge, skills and insights, built significant eminence, and are recognized as sector thought leaders in the marketplace.

Adam holds a BS in accounting (summa cum laude) from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an MA in business economics from the Wharton Business School.
