Christine has been a C-suite executive and independent board member/committee chair for public and private companies across a wide range of industries, including financial services, fintech, healthcare, logistics technology and other high-growth, high-social-impact industries. She has strong operating experience building financial infrastructure and instituting financial discipline to scale up high-growth companies. Within the past several years, she has taken two companies public in the US markets with valuations over billion dollars. Most recently she served as CFO of AlTi Global, a Nasdaq-listed global wealth management and alternative asset management company with $67B in AUM.
Christine has also served as an audit, governance or compensation committee member or chair for companies including a Nasdaq-listed biotech, three SPACs across healthcare, media/ed tech and property tech, and a private fintech SaaS company. Previously, she was a Managing Director with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and an Executive Director with JPMorgan, where she served in regional and business unit CFO/COO roles. She has managed across a full spectrum of CFO functions including controllership, financial planning & analysis, treasury, liquidity, capital & risk management, capital market, investor relations, audit and tax. Earlier in her career, Christine worked for other Fortune 100 companies including American Express, Goldman Sachs and FedEx. She has worked and managed teams on four continents.
Christine is a recipient of the 2023 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award from the Asian American Business Development Center. She holds a BS in economics with distinction from Fudan University in Shanghai, China and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
