Steve is a longtime senior leader with expertise in consumer and small-business banking, finance, product management, and risk management. His professional experience spans the financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.

He is the former Head of Small Business Banking at Wells Fargo, where he led an organization that generates more than $3 billion of annual revenue serving the banking, lending and payment needs of more than 3 million small- and medium-sized business customers across the US.

Before his role at Wells Fargo, Steve held senior leadership roles at Bank of America, Citibank, and General Electric. He also served as CEO of a middle-market private-equity portfolio company and as an advisor and board member for early-stage growth companies.

Steve began his professional career as an officer in the US Army.
