Steve is known as both an active change agent and an advisor to company owners and managers who drives growth and revenue. With more than 35 years of experience maximizing value in businesses, his ability to formulate cost-effective strategies to overcome key business issues has gained him a reputation as a “troubleshooter” for businesses in go-to-market strategy, organizational design, process management and metrics, compensation design, price leakage, and enabling technology.

Before joining QCG, Steve was an operations advisor to portfolio companies at the leading private equity firms Advent International and TPG Global, where he focused on driving growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, tactics and design.

Steve attended North Carolina State University and The College of New Jersey, graduating with a dual major in sociology and social psychology.
